Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination. Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees. Assist with attendance, leave, and employee-related records. Address employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments. Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives. Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential information. Ensure HR processes are followed efficiently and professionally. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR or a related role. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment practices. Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
